a little about IMS
Jacob began working as a mechanic at the age of 15 in Midland, Texas but the tinkering and love of auto started long before that. Even as a child, Jacob was taking things apart and putting them back together. In 2010, Jacob graduated from the prestigious technical school, Universal Technical Institute in Houston, TX. From there, he began specializing in mobile diesel repair and diagnosis, specifically on medium and heavy duty trucks. In 2018, he graduated from UTI (again!) with the Cummins certification. Over the years in the industry, Jacob has built a reputation of being honest, fair and completing work in a fraction of the time of others. This year, the opportunity arose for him to start his own business, Integrity Mobile Services, LLC. He felt it was necessary to be able to offer a service to customers that they much deserved and weren’t getting in the current state of the industry.
