Job Purpose:

To service transportation vehicles and equipment on site, working interdependently with the team to offer the highest level of service to each customer. 

Desired Goals and Results:

• Labor efficiency at 125% 

Responsibilities:

• Fullbay - complete service orders daily; action line details, close jobs and send to office. 

• ‘Upselling’ - find and write up in service order (with documentation) recommended services. 

• Present recommended services to customer while at location - If primary contact at customer location cannot be located, send to Service Manager

• Maintain cleanliness and organization in service truck and at customer location.

Roles and Tasks:

• coordinate daily with the service or parts manager regarding schedules, parts and any other details pertaining to specific jobs. 

•  Send end of shift daily into the company group text thread with pertinent information

• Update each customer daily with pertinent information 

Skills and Proficiencies:

• Strong organization skills

• Solid professional communication skills

• Ability to locate diagnostic information utilizing provided sources of information such as Pro Demand, Truck Series, and others

• Ability to learn and use fullbay system and other diagnostic software & equipment
